Key Responsibilities:
Teach Hindi (reading, writing, grammar) at the primary level using easy and activity-based methods
Develop language skills, creativity, and correct pronunciation
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids
Conduct classroom activities and practice work effectively
Assess student progress and maintain academic records
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Coordinate with parents and school staff
Participate in school activities and meetings
Qualification & Skills:
Graduate with D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred)
Solid command over primary-level Hindi:
Good communication and classroom management skills
Patient, responsible, and child-friendly attitude
