7+ years experience in ship recycling, maritime regulation, or port/maritime sector projects
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marine Engineering / Nautical Science / Maritime Law / Environmental Engineering;
Expert with hands-on experience in ship recycling regulations, maritime policy, port and coastal governance, and international conventions such as Hong Kong Convention.
Lead DPR preparation for ship recycling lifecycle, define institutional and regulatory roles, compliance processes, and frameworks by reviewing national laws, Ship Recycling Act, HKC, IECs.
