Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end order processing workflow across all warehouses in India, ensuring adherence to defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for the dispatch of bulk shipments to respective locations.
Prepare and generate operational documents including invoices, Purchase Orders (POs), E-way bills, and other documentation required for the movement of goods.
Collaborate closely with delivery and logistics partners to ensure timely and effective delivery to end customers.
Create, update, and maintain sales and inventory MIS reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Monitor and manage packaging material inventory to ensure uninterrupted order fulfilment.




Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools (preferred)

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
