nWe are looking for an experienced Predictive Analytics Lead to join our growing AI & Analytics team in Chennai.

nThis is a full-time, on-site opportunity for professionals who have solid hands-on expertise in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Bayesian Modeling, Market Mix Modeling, and Time Series Forecasting.

n? What You'll Do

n
- Develop, deploy, and optimize advanced Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics models.
n
- Apply statistical modeling and AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
n
- Build predictive solutions using Market Mix Modeling (MMM) and Bayesian Modeling.
n
- Work on Time Series Analysis and Forecasting problems.
n
- Apply Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning techniques.
n
- Develop and deploy production-grade ML models using PyTorch and TorchServe.
n
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.

- 5–12 years of relevant experience in Predictive Analytics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.

- Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models for business applications.

- Practical experience with MMM, Bayesian Modeling, forecasting, and statistical techniques.
n
- Experience with TorchServe or similar model-serving frameworks.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Excellent communication and conversational intelligence.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.
n
