Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales role based in Chennai.

The Pre

Sales professional will engage with prospective customers, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about Rattha Realty’s projects and offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining project features and pricing, arranging site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to support conversions. The role involves preparing basic presentations, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and ensuring a positive, informed experience for potential buyers.

Sales team member will collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer requirements and support overall sales goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and provide clear, professional information.
- Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, assess lead quality, and support data-driven sales decisions.
- Experience in Consulting and Presales activities, including requirement gathering, solution explanation, and objection handling.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales setting is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools and CRM or lead management systems.
- Relevant educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
