We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and customer-focused Pre-Sales & Reception Executive to manage front-office operations and handle incoming sales enquiries.

The candidate will welcome clients, manage calls and walk-ins, follow up with potential customers, qualify leads, and coordinate with the sales and design teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and other lead sources.
- Contact potential customers and understand their interior design requirements.
- Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, location, and timeline.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with the Sales/Design team.
- Regularly follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM or lead tracking system.
- Ensure timely response to all customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams for smooth lead handover.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.

Reception & Front Office Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.




- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Maintain the visitor register and appointment schedule.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and client appointments.
- Maintain a professional and presentable reception area.
- Handle basic administrative and coordination activities.
- Support internal teams with communication and client coordination when required.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Qualified appearance and positive attitude.
- Candidates with previous experience in Hospitality, Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
