n? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

n? Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

What You’ll Do:n• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers

n• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options

n• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans

n• Qualify leads and maintain regular follow-ups

n• Generate and schedule site visits

n• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion

n• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records





n• Achieve monthly lead and site-visit targets

What We’re Looking For:n✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n✅ Robust convincing and follow-up abilities

n✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

n✅ Real estate/inside sales experience will be an advantage

n✅ Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

n✅ Hindi & English required; Marathi will be an advantage
