Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using Micro Focus LoadRunner (or Performance Center).
Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across web and enterprise applications.
Analyze system performance metrics and identify performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to define performance requirements and acceptance criteria.
Generate detailed test reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Participate in performance test planning, workplace setup, and data preparation.
Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
