Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead and mentor junior specialists.
Ensure timely delivery of projects.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues. Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Robust understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.




Experience in designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Dell Boomi.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
