Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume ad video editing with speed and precision
Edit videos and create multiple content variations for performance marketing
Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads
Craft strong hooks, storytelling, and compelling CTAs
Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining quality
Continuously iterate and improve creatives based on performance data
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and support production for stills and videos

What Were Looking For




12 years of experience (Freelance / Agency background preferred)
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Bonus: Experience with Final Cut Pro
Solid short-form storytelling skills (cuts, transitions, pacing, sound & visual sync) tailored for social media
Ability to handle high output, quick turnaround, and rapid iterations
Experience managing end-to-end production workflows
Awareness of latest content trends, including animation, AR/VR, and immersive formats
