Case studies are a plus; robust visual/product work with context is also acceptable.
Experience designing for web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, or SaaS products.
Understanding of the user problem and business objective behind a design, not just visual execution.
Robust knowledge of UI design, UX principles, design systems, responsive design, accessibility basics, user flows, and wireframing.
Robust proficiency in Figma.
Experience with Framer, motion design, or interaction design is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma AI, v0, Cursor, or similar tools is an advantage.
