Hephy is looking for a passionate and industry-oriented UX/UI & Product Design Faculty to train and mentor students and aspiring designers through practical, project-based learning.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UX research, UI design, product thinking, design systems, prototyping, and up-to-date design tools, along with the ability to explain concepts clearly and guide students in building industry-ready portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging UX/UI & Product Design classes for students and professionals.
Teach UX research, user personas, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping.
Train students in Figma and other relevant design tools.
Teach UI design principles, typography, color, layouts and responsive design.
Introduce students to design systems and component-based design.
Guide students through real-world product design projects and case studies.
Mentor students in developing portfolio-ready projects and UX case studies.
Provide constructive feedback on design assignments and projects.
Stay updated with current UX/UI, Product Design, AI and design technology trends.
Integrate AI tools and workflows into the design process where relevant.
Help students understand industry expectations and career opportunities.
Collaborate with the academic and creative team to improve course content and learning experiences.
