Job Summary

International News Express is looking for a confident, articulate and camera-friendly Podcast Anchor & Interview Host who can lead meaningful conversations with guests from different professional and social backgrounds.

The candidate should be comfortable hosting video and audio podcasts, conducting interviews, researching guests and asking relevant follow-up questions without depending entirely on scripts. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

Key Responsibilities

- Podcast Hosting: Host audio and video podcast episodes confidently and professionally.
- Guest Interviews: Conduct interviews with professionals, entrepreneurs, experts, creators, public personalities and other relevant guests.
- Guest Research: Research each guest's background, work and relevant developments before recording.
- Interview Preparation: Prepare discussion themes, questions and supporting notes for each episode.
- Conversation Leadership: Guide discussions naturally while keeping conversations relevant and engaging.
- Follow-Up Questions: Listen carefully and develop meaningful questions based on guest responses.
- On-Camera Presentation: Maintain confident body language, professional presentation and natural communication.
- Current Affairs Awareness: Stay informed about news, business, entertainment, technology, society and other relevant subjects.
- On-Location Podcasts: Travel when required for special interviews, events and location-based recordings.
- Editorial Coordination: Work closely with producers, researchers, editors and production teams to maintain editorial and presentation standards.

Qualification & Experience A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Communication, English, Broadcasting or a related field is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication, interviewing and on-camera presentation skills may apply. Previous experience as a podcast host, anchor, interviewer, journalist, presenter, radio host or digital content presenter will be preferred.
