nn Job Overview

nnWe are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant – ENOVIA PLM with strong functional expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA PLM, including Unified Product Structure and key PLM processes.

nn Key Responsibilities:

nn

n
- Support Eaton transition projects across 3DEXPERIENCE releases from 2019x to 2026x.
n
- Provide functional support for ENOVIA PLM, with hands-on knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE 2025x and 2026x.
n
- Define and implement PLM processes for different business groups, including Change Management, BOM Management, Part Creation, and related processes.
n
- Support CAD-PLM-ERP integrations, preferably involving Creo, SolidWorks, or NX.
n
- Work with ERP and PDH systems and understand their integration with PLM processes.
n
- Participate in at least one 3DEXPERIENCE implementation project.
n
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective PLM solutions.
n
- Support UAT planning and execution, issue tracking, and functional validation.
n
- Conduct user training and provide guidance on PLM processes and system functionality.
n
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot user issues,



and coordinate resolution with relevant technical teams.
n
- Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other project teams in a fast-paced project environment.
n
- Support the continuous improvement and optimization of PLM processes and solutions.
n

nn Required Skills &

Experience:

- Strong functional knowledge of ENOVIA PLM / 3DEXPERIENCE.
n
- Good understanding of Unified Product Structure and various PLM processes.
n
- Experience working with 3DEXPERIENCE 2025x and 2026x.
n
- Experience with at least one 3DEXPERIENCE implementation project.
n
- Robust knowledge of BOM Management, Change Management, Part Creation, and CAD processes.
n
- Exposure to CAD-PLM-ERP integration.
n
- Experience with one or more CAD systems such as Creo, SolidWorks, or NX is preferred.
n
- Exposure to ERP and PDH systems.
n
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, UAT testing, and user training.
n
- Experience providing post-go-live functional support.
n
- Ability to define and implement PLM processes across different business groups.
n
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
