Job Role

- PLC Programmer

- Design, develop, install, and maintain PLC-based automation control systems for clients.

- Travel to client locations to understand their mechanical and electrical automation requirements.

- Analyze system requirements and develop customized PLC programs.

- Install, test, troubleshoot, and optimize automated control systems.

- Provide technical support and ensure reliable operation of automation systems.

- Work independently while coordinating with clients and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel to client sites for automation projects and technical support.

- Meet with clients to understand their mechanical and electrical automation requirements.

- Prepare electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate system processes.

- Develop and install machine programs using PLC and automation software.

- Write and modify PLC logic and custom automation code as required.

- Define testing criteria before final system installation.

- Test automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.





- Identify and troubleshoot PLC, electrical, and system-related errors.

- Supervise and support the successful installation and commissioning of PLC programs.

- Optimize machine programs for improved performance and reliability.

- Document PLC development, testing, installation, and troubleshooting processes.

- Provide technical guidance and operational support to clients.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation systems.

- Positive understanding of machine mechanics and electrical systems.

- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics.

- Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot automation and control-system issues.

- Good communication and client-handling skills.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
