URGENT HIRING – PLAYGROUND MANAGER

Position: Playground Manager

Location: Noida Extension

Salary: As per Company Norms

Experience: 1–2 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the playground/sports facility.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the playground.
- Supervise ground staff, coaches, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Manage bookings, schedules, and daily activities.
- Coordinate with customers, players, parents, and visitors.
- Ensure sports equipment and facilities are available and in positive condition.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and on-ground issues.
- Monitor staff attendance and daily work performance.
- Maintain daily operational records and reports.
- Coordinate tournaments, events, and other sports activities.




- Ensure compliance with safety rules and facility guidelines.
- Support management in improving customer experience and revenue.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in playground, sports facility, club, academy, or similar operations.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling on-ground operations and staff.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
