Position: Platinum Relationship Manager- Business Banking

CTC: 9 to 11.5 LPA + Incentives

Grade: Manager, Sr. Manager

Exp. 3+ Yrs. in HNI portfolio management/relationship management/ branch/business banking sales.

Location: Western Line, Mumbai

Education: Graduate/ PG

Job Role:

- Develop new and expand existing High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities (CA driven) and commercial assets.
- Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels.
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
- Cross-sells bank products to the existing set of branch customers, which are mapped.
- Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
- Maintain a complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.




- Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.

Job Mandates:

- Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high-net-worth customers through individualised customer service.
- Very valuable understanding of Trade and Forex & CA.
- Very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance.
- Understanding of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage.
- Graduate with 6 - 8 years of experience and Post Graduate with 4 - 6 years of experience.
- Customer orientation.
- High energy levels with a motive to succeed.
