- Monitor and operate WTP, ETP, RO, and UF systems to ensure they meet specified design parameters and water quality standards.

- Control and adjust chemical dosing, flow rates, and pressure levels based on raw water and effluent characteristics.

- Conduct routine water sampling and basic laboratory testing (e.g., pH, TDS, COD, BOD, TSS, hardness) to track plant performance.

- Maintain accurate daily logs, operational checklists, consumption reports (chemicals, power, water), and compliance documentation.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, membranes, and dosing systems.

- Execute regular backwashing, Flushing, and Chemical Cleaning (CIP) of RO and UF membranes to prevent fouling and degradation.

- Identify operational bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, or water quality deviations and implement immediate corrective actions.

- Coordinate with external vendors and the engineering team for major breakdowns or specialized equipment servicing.
