We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Plant Miller for our manufacturing unit in Shivrajpur, Kanpur Nagar.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire milling process, setting up machinery, and ensuring high-quality output of wheat products (Atta, Maida, Sooji, Bran) with optimum extraction rates.

- Key Responsibilities:Milling Operations: Operate, monitor, and adjust roller mills, purifiers, plansifters, and cleaning section machinery to ensure continuous production.

- Quality Control: Check grain quality before milling, monitor conditioning/dampening processes, and ensure finished products meet corporate standards.

- Extraction Management: Optimize milling settings to achieve maximum extraction percentages of Atta, Maida, and Sooji while minimizing wastage.

- Machine Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance, roll-changing, sieve tightening, and routine cleaning of the milling section to prevent breakdowns.

- Team Supervision: Guide and manage floor operators, helpers,



and cleaning staff to maintain safety, hygiene, and strict food safety discipline.

- Requirements & Qualifications:Education: Graduate, Diploma, or a certified Milling Course (such as from ISMT CFTRI or similar recognized institutes is a big plus).

- Experience: 3 to 8 years of solid working experience as a Miller or Assistant Miller in a commercial Roller Flour Mill plant.

- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of wheat varieties, conditioning parameters, roller mill adjustments, and diagram flow of flour milling.

- Soft Skills: Ability to handle physical shift duties, troubleshoot technical machine problems under pressure, and manage on-floor helpers.

- Salary:(Negotiable based on experience and technical capabilities)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
