- Smooth Operations of the Mahadevapura Plant ensuring Quality and Safety.

- Meet all the statutory requirement of the manufacturing Plant.

- Should be able to handle teams working in all shifts.

- PESO &
- Statutory Compliance.

Ensure

Statutory compliance Factory Act, Pollution Control, Drug Lic. Fire and water Lic, Lead ISO/PESO / Safety audits, maintain all registers, zero non-conformance.

- Safety &

- EHS: Implement Tool Box Talk, LOTO, PPE discipline. Zero lost-time accident target. Own HAZOP, near-miss reporting for gas leakage / cylinder handling.

- Manpower &

- Shift Management - Manage 30-80 staff - operators, fitters, drivers, contract labour. Roster, attendance, OT control. Uplift multi-skill for filling + testing.

- Quality Assurance &





- Cylinder Integrity

- Logistics &

- Cylinder Inventory

- Monitor and Control full/empty cylinder inventory, truck turnaround time, minimize cylinder idle / loss %. Coordinate with sales for timely dispatch.

- Maintenance &

- Utility: Preventive maintenance of Production Plant, filling manifold, compressors, pumps, vaporizers.

- Reduce breakdown. Manage AMC, spares.

- Cost &

- Continuous Improvement: Own plant P&L; at cost level - power, gas loss, OT, diesel.

Drive

Kaizen for filling time reduction, power saving, cylinder cycle improvement.
