- Support the Plant HR Business Partner in implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes at the plant level.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for plant positions.

- Support performance management, appraisals, IDPs, and employee development initiatives.

- Implement and ensure consistent application of Group and Plant HR policies and guidelines.

- Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, headcount tracking, and HR cost analysis.

- Coordinate talent management and succession/development initiatives and maintain related people data.

- Lead the Training Needs Identification (TNI) process and prepare the annual training calendar.

- Coordinate training programs, trainers, logistics, LMS registrations, and maintain training records for audit readiness.





- Drive the Skill Matrix project in collaboration with the Operational Excellence/Performance team.

- Support compensation, perks, salary reviews, incentives, and employee reward processes.

- Act as a visible HR contact for employees and drive employee engagement, communication, and People Experience initiatives.

- Support day-to-day employee relations, grievance handling, and labour law compliance.

- Work closely with the Plant PBP and IR Manager on employee relations and industrial matters.

- Ensure accurate HR administration, workforce data, compliance, and smooth day-to-day HR operations.

- Escalate complex, strategic, or industrial relations matters to the Plant Business Partner.
