About Company:

Sidhakala Group of Industries founded in 1997 is a press components, press toolings and welded assemblies manufacturing company. It comprises of two main units: Sidhakala Engineers (Bhosari plant); Sidhakala Industries (Chakan plant)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/Masters (Engineering)

· Over 12+ years of experience, and 5+ years as a Plant Head in a Sheet Metal Press Part manufacturing company or a similar role.

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

· Experience with Auditing systems based on ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949. Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Part Manufacturing Company

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to work independently, carry out duties in assigned time, effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide strategic leadership to drive operational excellence, adhere to production targets, and achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest quality standards as per lean management standards.

· Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes- sheet metal pressing and welding assemblies, workflows, and SOPs to optimize efficiency and productivity.

· Collaborate closely with the engineering team to translate sheet metal design specifications into manufacturable products, ensuring feasibility, continual process improvements, and cost-effectiveness.

· Oversee the scheduling of production activities,



and resource allocation- raw material, labor, equipment, machinery, utilities, systems, and capacity planning to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation, lean manufacturing principles, and best practices across the organization.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to address deviations and drive performance improvements.

· Champion workplace safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of safety awareness and adherence.

· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a cooperative and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and employee engagement.

· Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments, to drive cross-functional collaboration and achieve business objectives.

· Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, providing insights into production performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
