Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations and production activities.

- Plan production as per customer requirements and ensure timely order execution.

- Monitor production output, productivity, OEE, rejection and downtime.

- Manage and optimize manpower across production and support functions.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs and process controls.

- Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Control production costs, material consumption and process losses.

- Drive Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and environmental requirements.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, Dispatch and Accounts teams.

- Analyze plant KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.

- Develop team capability through training, performance monitoring and accountability.





- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure proper documentation, systems and discipline across the plant.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, Plastics or related engineering field.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in polymer/plastics manufacturing operations.

- Strong experience in plant management, production planning and team handling.

- Good understanding of polymer processing, production systems and quality processes.

- Solid leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in cost reduction, productivity improvement and process optimization.

- Ability to manage multiple functions and work effectively under production pressure.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
