Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Track project milestones, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Billing, Purchase, and Management teams.
- Monitor project progress against approved plans and identify delays or deviations.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and periodic progress reports for management review.
- Maintain project data and planning records in Farvision ERP.
- Analyse project performance and highlight critical issues to management.
- Coordinate for timely execution of commercial projects as per approved schedules.
- Monitor work orders, activities,
and dependencies across different project teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Planning & Monitoring.
- Builder/Real Estate Developer company experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in commercial projects is required.
- Hands-on knowledge of Farvision ERP is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of project planning, scheduling, MIS, and monitoring.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with multiple project teams and meet strict timelines.
Preferred Candidate: Immediate Joiner with strong experience in commercial real estate projects.
