Key Responsibilities:

For Plant Operator (Trainee) :

- Assist in running extraction machinery, pumps, conveyors, and processing equipment.

- Monitor and record plant parameters like pressure, temperature, flow rates, and tank levels.

- Help operate valves, feed raw materials, and maintain continuous material flow.

- Follow plant safety guidelines, hazardous area rules, and proper PPE requirements.

- Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained.

- Support senior operators during equipment start-ups, shut-downs, and maintenance.

For Boiler Operator (Trainee) :

- Assist in operating boilers, feedwater systems, pumps, and fuel feeding equipment.

- Monitor and record boiler parameters like steam pressure, water levels, temperature, and fuel consumption.





- Support routine boiler water sampling, testing, and chemical dosing operations.

- Follow boiler safety regulations, pressure vessel guidelines, and wear required PPE.

- Perform basic maintenance, blowdowns, cleaning, and equipment inspections.

- Assist senior operators during boiler start-ups, emergency shut-downs, and regular servicing.
