- Placement Officer

- Urgently looking for a Placement Officer for an education-sector organization.

- Candidates with an MBA in HR or graduation are eligible.

- Candidates with valuable communication skills and computer knowledge are preferred.

- Experience in a similar placement role within the education sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Placement Operations:

- Manage and coordinate placement-related activities.

- Support students/candidates throughout the placement process.

- Coordinate with companies and recruiters for placement opportunities.

- Maintain and track placement-related records and activities.

- Candidate Coordination:

- Communicate with candidates regarding placement opportunities.

- Assist with application tracking and placement processes.

- Ensure proper coordination between candidates and recruiting organizations.

- Employer Coordination:





- Build and maintain relationships with companies for placement opportunities.

- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and other placement activities.

- Follow up with employers regarding candidate selection and placement status.

Experience

Job Requirements

- Experience in a similar placement role is preferred.

- Experience in the education sector will be preferred.

Education

- Diploma

- Graduation

- MBA in HR preferred

- Degree/Specialisation: B.Com (Hons.) in HR Management or B.Com in HR Management (at least one)
