Designation - PL/SQL Developer

We are looking for a skilled PL/SQL Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in database development and support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PL/SQL, along with working knowledge of Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server databases, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Role Summary :

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, views, and triggers
- Work extensively with Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server with practical exposure
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions
- Perform performance tuning and query optimization
- Handle data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Provide support for production issues, including root-cause analysis and fixes
- Collaborate with application, business, and infrastructure teams




- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

·4–5 years of robust PL/SQL development experience

·In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database

·Working experience with DB2 and SQL Server

·Strong SQL skills, including complex joins and performance optimization

·Understanding of SDLC and change management processes

·Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Communication & Soft Skills

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude

Good to Have

- Experience in India Life Insurance domain
- Exposure to work on NoSQL database ( MongoDB)
