We are hiring a Planning Engineer for our real estate construction projects in Kanpur. The role involves project planning, scheduling, monitoring, MIS reporting, resource planning, and coordination to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

- Monitor project progress and track milestones.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, S-curves, and progress reports.

- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Procurement, and Execution teams.

- Manage resource planning and project controls.

- Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and project closeout activities.

Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.





- 5–12 years of experience in planning for real estate/construction projects.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel.

- Experience in residential, commercial, township, or high-rise projects.

- Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
