This is an opportunity for individuals or existing teams who know how to generate leads, build customer relationships and convert unsecured loan business .

We are looking for partners who can generate business through their own:

- Customer network
- DSA/connector network
- Telecalling team
- Field sales team

What You Will Do

- Source Personal Loan and Unsecured Business Loan leads independently.
- Convert leads into quality loan applications and disbursements.
- Build and manage your own sales/telecalling/field sourcing team.
- Develop relationships with customers, connectors, DSAs, professionals and business owners.
- Identify suitable lending solutions based on customer requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Maintain quality of business and follow lender and company guidelines.
- Continuously expand your sourcing network and business volume.

PL/BL Sales Professionals | DSA Owners | Loan Sales Team Leaders | Bank/NBFC Sales Professionals | Existing Loan Sales Teams | Independent Loan Consultants | Sales Entrepreneurs

You should have:

- Hands-on experience in Personal Loans and/or Unsecured Business Loans .
- Strong knowledge of the unsecured lending market.
- Proven ability to generate leads without depending on company-provided leads.
- Ability to convert leads into login, sanction and disbursement.
- Existing customer/business/DSA/connector network is highly preferred.
- Experience managing or building a sales team is an advantage.
- Strong communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- A solid entrepreneurial and target-oriented mindset.
