Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, and other café food items according to recipes and quality standards.

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, fillings, and other ingredients as required.

- Operate and maintain pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely.

- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, taste, and consistency of all dishes.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and equipment.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

- Manage food preparation and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.

- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.

- Coordinate with other kitchen and service staff during busy hours.

- Follow Sapori's recipes, preparation methods,



and kitchen procedures.

Requirements

- Previous experience in pizza and sandwich preparation is preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of pizza making, sandwich preparation, sauces, toppings, and basic food preparation.

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy periods.

- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Candidates with experience in cafés, restaurants, QSRs, or bakeries are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
