Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Kolkata at Apollo Clinic Newtown | Saltlake | Vivekananda Road. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, perform clinical evaluations, and design individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation, pain management, and functional improvement. Daily responsibilities include administering physiotherapy interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy modalities, and posture correction, while monitoring progress and updating treatment plans as needed.

The role involves maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with physicians and other specialists to ensure coordinated care,



and educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness. The Physiotherapist will uphold clinic protocols, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support a safe, inclusive, and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, rehabilitation, and preventive care.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and Apollo Clinic guidelines.
