Position: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Key Responsibilities
Drive the complete inside sales cycle, from lead qualification and discovery to product demonstrations, proposals, follow-ups, and deal closure.
Engage with HR professionals, business leaders, and key decision-makers through a consultative and value-driven sales approach.
Conduct compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's HR and payroll requirements.
Prepare accurate and persuasive commercial proposals and coordinate with internal teams for timely responses.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, promotions, seminars, and brand awareness activities.
Manage inbound and outbound leads and convert them into qualified sales prospects.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and effectively manage the sales pipeline through the CRM.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects throughout the sales journey.




Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to revenue, demos, conversions, and sales activities.
Understand customer challenges and position our HRMS and payroll solutions effectively.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in SaaS sales for domestic and/or international markets is essential.
Experience in selling HRMS, Payroll Software, or other B2B software solutions will be a strong advantage.
Solid experience in cold calling, lead generation, email campaigns, promotions, and business development.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Strong proposal preparation and commercial discussion skills.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
A disciplined approach to CRM management, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups.
