Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Photo Editor role based in Surat.

The Photo

Editor will work closely with photographers, stylists, and creative leads to edit, retouch, and optimize jewellery images for use across digital and print channels. Daily responsibilities include color correction, background cleanup, fine-detail retouching, and preparing assets in multiple formats and sizes to meet brand and platform requirements. The role also involves reviewing raw images,



selecting the best visual assets, maintaining consistent visual style, and ensuring high-quality output aligned with luxury brand standards.

The Photo

Editor will collaborate on creative concepts, support campaign and catalog production, and contribute to efficient workflow management in the studio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Photo Retouching and Image Editing skills, with an eye for color, detail, and composition.
- Candidates should possess Photo Research and Photography skills to help source, select, and refine imagery that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess Video Editing skills to support basic motion content and short-form visual assets when required.
- Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard editing tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro or similar software).
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and understanding of luxury and product-focused aesthetics.
- Candidates should have strong time-management skills and the ability to work on-site in Surat within a quick-paced production environment.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in product or jewellery imagery; a diploma or degree in photography, design, or related fields is an advantage.
