Phone Sales Officer (Inside Sales)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- 100% Inside Sales profile (no field work)

- Make outbound calls to customers to sell insurance products

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

- Cross-sell third-party products to existing and new customers

- Explain product features, advantages, and policy details clearly

- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system

- Follow company sales scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

CTC:

- ₹2.50 LPA – ₹3.25 LPA

- Attractive performance-based incentives

- On-roll position

Experience:

- Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply

- Sales or telecalling experience will be an added advantage

- Need Tamil Speaking candidates .
