Position: Pharmacy Executive

Department: Pharmacy / Operations

Reporting To: Pharmacy Manager/ Pharmacy Owner

Location: Paschim Vihar/Rani Bagh, Delhi

Experience: 5–15 Years in Pharmacy / Retail Pharmacy / Hospital Pharmacy

Qualification: 12th/Any graduate

Job Purpose To manage day-to-day pharmacy operations including medicine dispensing, purchase orders, sales, inventory management and patient/customer satisfaction, while ensuring accurate documentation, proper stock control and compliance with applicable pharmacy procedures and regulations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Accuracy in medicine dispensing and billing
- Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation
- Reduction in medicine expiry and wastage
- Availability of essential medicines
- Purchase order and vendor turnaround time
- Pharmacy sales and revenue achievement
- Reduction in stock-outs and excess inventory
- Patient/customer satisfaction levels
- Compliance with pharmacy SOPs and documentation standards
- Timely and accurate MIS reporting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
