Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Billing Executive with proven expertise in pharmaceutical billing using Marg ERP software. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of inventory control, procurement processes, and vendor management within a healthcare or pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage pharmaceutical billing operations using Marg ERP software.
- Generate and validate purchase bills, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and supplier invoices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inward/outward stock movement, product batches, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy, store, and accounts departments to ensure timely and error-free billing.
- Cross-check purchase rates, discounts, taxes, and schemes in line with supplier agreements.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, billing summaries, and stock valuation reports.




- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by liaising with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, statutory norms, and audit requirements.
- Participate in annual stock audits and support regular cycle counts.

Required Skills

- In-depth knowledge of Marg ERP for pharma and supply chain billing.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical inventory and procurement processes.
- High accuracy and attention to detail in all billing and documentation tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with GST regulations, batch-wise stock tracking, and expiry management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in hospital pharmacy or supply chain billing.
- Working knowledge of Excel, and other inventory tools is an added advantage.
