Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to senior secondary classes as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred and concept-based lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessment materials.
- Conduct Physics laboratory practicals and ensure proper safety procedures.
- Prepare students effectively for board examinations and competitive examinations.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial and individual academic support.
- Develop students' analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and scientific temperament.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, assessment data,
and student progress reports.
- Use smart-class technology and cutting-edge teaching methodologies to enhance learning.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, academic activities, and professional-development programmes.
- Coordinate with the academic team to maintain high teaching and learning standards.
- Follow school policies, academic SOPs, and applicable board/curriculum guidelines.
Strong command of Physics concepts and senior-secondary curriculum.
Experience teaching Classes XI–XII will be preferred.
Prior experience in CBSE or reputed schools will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
