Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing, planning, scheduling, crew coordination, and overall crew management.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Key Requirements
- Must have experience working in the Shipping industry.
- Strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including:
- LinkedIn
- Job Portals
- Headhunting
- Employee References
- Other sourcing platforms
- Valuable communication skills in English.
- Ability to identify, attract, and engage suitable candidates for various positions.
