Role Description The Personal Shopper – Fashion Brands role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saket.

The Personal

Shopper will provide one-on-one assistance to customers, helping them select sneakers, streetwear, and related products that match their style, size, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, understanding their preferences, showcasing key collections and new arrivals, and creating curated looks across brands. The role involves managing fitting sessions, offering styling advice, ensuring a premium in-store experience, and supporting sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.

Shopper will also assist with visual merchandising, maintain product displays, coordinate holds or reservations, and work closely with the store team to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service.

Working Days : Mon-Sat

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with diverse customers and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide personalized, high-quality in-store support and ensure satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to advise customers confidently, drive conversions, and contribute to store revenue goals.
- Candidates should have a genuine interest in fashion, sneakers, and streetwear, with the ability to stay updated on trends and new releases.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment, including weekends and peak hours.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury or streetwear stores, or personal shopping is preferred but not mandatory.
