Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership Personal Branding & LinkedIn

- Work closely with Directors and senior leadership to build their professional presence and personal brands,

particularly on LinkedIn.
- Regularly interact with leadership to understand their perspectives, experiences, business insights and

opinions.
- Identify stories, observations and industry developments that can become relevant thought-leadership

content.
- Conceptualise and draft LinkedIn posts that reflect the individual voice and personality of each leader.
- Develop a consistent personal-branding calendar and ensure regularity of communication.
- Track relevant industry conversations and identify opportunities for leadership participation.
- Coordinate with designers/agencies wherever visual or video content is required.

The ability to identify a positive story or point of view and convert it into compelling professional content will be critical to success in this role.
1. Marketing & Agency Coordination

- Serve as the internal SPOC for Maxemo’s digital, creative, social media, event and other marketing

agencies.
- Coordinate briefs, deliverables, approvals and timelines across multiple partners.
- Work closely with Maxemo’s marketing consultants and agencies to translate agreed strategies into

execution.
- Review agency output for quality, relevance, accuracy and consistency with the Maxemo brand.
- Coordinate digital as well as offline marketing activities including social media, campaigns, events,

exhibitions, brochures, presentations and other marketing collaterals.
- Maintain visibility on ongoing marketing initiatives and ensure timely closure of deliverables.

Content & Marketing Communication

- Contribute ideas to the company’s ongoing content and communication initiatives.
- Understand the overall content strategy and ensure its consistent implementation across platforms.
- Support the creation and editing of corporate content, customer stories, case studies, event communication,

presentations and other marketing assets.
- Identify useful stories and information from within the organisation that can be converted into communication

opportunities.
- Work with agencies and consultants to ensure that content is relevant to Maxemo’s target audiences and

business objectives.

Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, social media, brand

communication or a related role.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and personal branding.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling ability.
- Ability to interact comfortably with senior leaders, understand their thinking and convert conversations into

meaningful content.
- Good content sensibility — ability to recognise what makes an interesting story, post or communication idea.
- Experience coordinating with digital, creative, social media or advertising agencies.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong coordination and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and

deadlines.
- Ability to independently follow through from an idea or brief to final execution.
- Experience in BFSI, fintech, NBFC, B2B or MSME sectors would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
