The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented approach, and the ability to achieve targets. Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries related to Personal Loans and OD (Overdraft) services .

Generate leads through calls, references, and other sales channels. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Explain loan offers, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

Guide customers through the complete loan application process. Collect and verify required customer documents. Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing, approval, and disbursement. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and leads.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.



Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.

Candidate

RequirementsMinimum 12th pass ; graduates preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of banking, loans, or financial products is preferred. Candidates with experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, insurance, telecalling, or financial services will be preferred.
