We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our paid digital marketing campaigns and help us generate measurable business results.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with a good understanding of social media management.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI
- Analyze data and continuously improve campaign performance
- Create and manage audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and marketing content
- Assist with social media management and content planning
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing




- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Ads
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking and campaign optimization
- Basic knowledge of social media management
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
