About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meta Ads Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize our advertising efforts on Facebook and Instagram. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing significant advertising budgets, developing innovative strategies to improve campaign performance, and driving measurable results that support our business objectives.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance lead generation and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns independently, demonstrating a strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.

Experience handling substantial advertising budgets and scaling campaigns successfully is essential. Candidates should have a solid knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), attribution models, and campaign optimization techniques. Strong analytical skills are required to interpret performance data effectively, alongside excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in German is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to achieve business goals.



The candidate will take ownership of campaign budgets, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics such as Lead Acquisition Cost and ROAS.

Collaborating closely with the creative team, the role involves developing and testing high-performing ad creatives to maximize engagement and conversions. Conducting A/B testing to compare different ad variations and strategies is vital for continuous improvement. The role also involves working with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution data to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign performance.

Regularly preparing detailed performance reports and providing actionable insights to stakeholders is essential to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign outcomes.
