Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing / PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a proven ability to improve campaign performance, generate quality leads, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC and performance marketing campaigns.

- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant platforms.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and campaign planning.

- Create and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.

- Monitor significant metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and conversion rate.

- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI.

- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets effectively.

- Develop and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.

- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.





- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Identify opportunities for improving lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.

- Work closely with the SEO, Content, Design, and Sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.

- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and digital advertising trends.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Good understanding of PPC, paid search, paid social, and conversion optimization.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

- Strong understanding of campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.

- Experience with keyword research and audience targeting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
