Sirican Solutions is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager in Udaipur. In-office. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

We want someone whose day-to-day work for the last 2+ years has been building and optimising paid ad campaigns, mainly on Meta.
Right fit: Meta Ads is your craft. You build campaigns yourself, you optimise them daily, and you know why they win or lose.
Not the right fit: your experience is mostly social media management, content, SEO, design or general "digital marketing", with ads as a small side part of the job. This role does not include organic social, content or SEO. We have people for those.
If most of your time has not been on paid ads, please don't apply. That is genuinely okay, and it saves us both time.
WHO WE ARE A digital marketing agency in Udaipur running marketing for retainer clients across India, the UK and Australia. Paid advertising is core to what we deliver, and it is growing fast.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own Meta Ads end-to-end across our client accounts: strategy, build, launch, daily optimisation, scaling.
- Own the thinking, not just the execution. Audience research, campaign structure, creative angles, budget and bidding plan.
- Optimise every day against real business outcomes: orders, leads, CPA/CPL, CAC, ROAS, reconciled to actual revenue, not vanity metrics.
- Manage budgets. Pace the spend, protect the cap, move money to what is working.
- Brief our designers and video editor on exactly what creative you need and why, then test it properly.
- Report clearly. A weekly performance note and a monthly client report, tied to real orders and leads, in language a client understands.
- Keep tracking trustworthy. Meta Pixel, Conversions API and UTM discipline, working with our tech team.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 to 5 years hands-on paid media, with at least 70% of that time on paid advertising.
- Deep hands-on Meta Ads. You have personally built, optimised and scaled campaigns on real, live budgets.
- A working command of the numbers: CPA/CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and you know when a campaign is actually profitable (break-even ROAS, AOV, margin).
- Fluency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and spreadsheets.
- A correct understanding of conversion tracking. Meta Pixel and Conversions API, enough to spot when tracking is broken and brief a developer to fix it.
- Strong written English. You will report to Indian and international clients.
- Based in Udaipur. This is an in-office role and we are not considering remote candidates.
- Able to join immediately, or within one week.
A REAL PLUS (you will get to use these here)
- Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube.
- Amazon Ads and quick commerce: Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Myntra, Meesho.
- D2C, fashion or apparel e-commerce.
- Shopify or WooCommerce: product feeds, Merchant Center, catalog and agile ads.
- Agency background, comfortable running several accounts at once.
THE DETAILS Location: Udaipur, in-office. Not remote, not hybrid.
Type: Full-time, permanent.
Salary: 25,000 to 45,000 per month, based on proven experience.
Joining: immediate, or up to one week's notice. Please do not apply if you are serving a 30, 60 or 90 day notice period.
You will work with: the founder, who runs these accounts today and is handing them to you, plus the design and video team.
