Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms to drive leads, sales, customer acquisition, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop performance marketing strategies based on business and sales objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and CAC.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and offers.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and dashboards.
- Analyze data and provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative, sales, content, and product teams.




- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Identify recent digital acquisition channels and opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills:
