Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms to generate qualified leads.

- Manage the full performance funnel, including CPL, site visits, conversions, and bookings.

- Test and optimize creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.

- Work closely with sales to track lead quality, conversions, and campaign performance.

- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across high-performing campaigns.

- Set up tracking, attribution, and performance reports aligned with business and revenue goals.

- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting campaigns and landing pages.

- Manage remarketing and lead-nurturing campaigns.

- Stay updated on platform changes, market trends, and competitor activity.

Desired Skills

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM/lead-tracking tools.

- Solid analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on leads, conversions, and ROI.





- Ability to analyze campaign data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.

- Experience in real estate, high-ticket sales, or lead-generation businesses is preferred.

- Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus.

- Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
