Role Description As a Performance Marketing Intern at CosmoQuick, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with campaign setup, monitoring key performance metrics, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.

You will help with audience research, ad copy creation, basic landing page reviews, and coordination with cross-functional team members to ensure consistent messaging. This is an internship role and is fully remote,



offering flexibility and exposure to performance marketing in a fast-moving digital marketplace environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in digital marketing concepts, including familiarity with paid search, paid social, and performance-based campaigns.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills, such as basic data analysis, comfort with spreadsheets, and the ability to interpret performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate).
- Candidates should possess communication skills, including clear written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote workplace.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with guidance.
- Interest in HR tech, job marketplaces, or recruitment platforms, and a willingness to learn new tools (e.g., analytics dashboards, ad platforms) is highly beneficial.
