Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is proactive, analytical, and capable of thinking independently. The ideal candidate should not be purely task-oriented but should understand the overall objective of a client/campaign, identify what needs to done, and take ownership of execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and monitor performance marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.

Support social media and digital marketing activities to achieve client/business objectives.

Analyse campaign performance, identify trends and improvement areas.

Understand the client's overall business/story and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.

Take initiative in identifying opportunities rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Track key performance metrics and prepare basic performance reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Continuously experiment,



learn and optimise campaigns for better results.

What We Are Looking For

6 months-1 year of relevant experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing.

Robust analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to think independently and take ownership.

Good understanding of social media and digital marketing fundamentals.

Ability to understand the "why" behind a campaign, not just execute assigned tasks.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.

Candidates with hands-on exposure to digital/performance marketing campaigns.

Freshers with strong practical exposure/projects and the right mindset may also be considered.

Key Requirement

We are looking for someone who can think, analyse, take initiative and execute independently-not someone who needs to be instructed for every task.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
