We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive user acquisition, app installs, leads, conversions, and revenue for the Nearwala platform through data-driven digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, and other digital platforms
- Drive app installs, user registrations, leads, orders, and customer acquisition
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Create and test different ad creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
- Work with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop high-performing ad content
- Track campaigns using analytics and reporting tools
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve acquisition cost and ROI

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work with targets and marketing budgets
- Experience in app marketing, e-commerce, marketplace, or startup marketing is an advantage
